i gave my spouce full custody bc i was moving to texas from indiana and now that im stable down here i would like to get back full custody could i fight for custody from texas or do i need to go back to indiana and how long would it take.Can i fight my spouse back for full custody?
In general, the court with jurisdiction is the court where the child resides. It is probably in Indiana.

The most important thing to consider now is the best interest of your child. (It is also what the court is required to consider.) Is a change in custody in the child's best interest? If your ex-spouse is providing a safe, nurturing environment for your child, should you ask the court to change it now?
