What is the best thing to do if you feel / suspect that your spouse (husband) is cheating or still flirting?

what is the best advice of guys out there to women who felt cheated / betrayed in any form. What is the best thing to do if you feel / suspect that your spouse (husband) is cheating or still flirting?
I don't think there is anything you can do unless you have proof of what you feel. Flirting is not such a serious thing. I know that it probably hurts you. You feel you are not getting the attention you deserve and he is giving this attention to someone else. Sit down with your husband and tell him your feelings. Ask him outright if he is cheating. He may admit it or deny it, but watch his body language and that will ive you an idea of the truth. For example if he looks you in the eye that is usually a signal of honesty. Further tell him not to be upset with you but you feel terrible because of these doubts he has placed in your marriage, and want to attempt to streighten these doubts ou. Hope that helps. What is the best thing to do if you feel / suspect that your spouse (husband) is cheating or still flirting?
That question comes up a heap of times and the best answer is always questionable.

Tolerance and virtue go to together. After everything I have been through about affairs there is no real solution to a problem that is like a disease that inflicts each of us including you. Nobody is immune from lust, or infatuation. Everybody will play at one time or another in your life when you are not fully honorable to your Lord thy God.

If you want to go alone in this world without him to help guide you and keep you from lust afflictions then you will succumb to the disease of love affair that has already inflicted millions across the world.

Now, if you think someone you love or your married to is cheating the best thing to do is take a good look at yourself first and then ask you what you would do if it was you in that spot.
Do you just ';feel'; he cheated/flirted? If you have proof of him cheating, leave him. If you don't have anything more than this ';feeling'; then you are the one with trust issues and you need to look at your own actions and decide why you don't trust him. Most times, people who don't trust for any real reasons, cannot be trusted themselves.
Don't do anything rash without proof. If you have proof then consider your options.
Wring their neck and dump them.
